Zach Kennedy DPT

Zach joined OrthoMemphis in 2014 after completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis.


Laureen Coffelt, OTR/L, CHT

Laureen joined OrthoMemphis in 2004 as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) and Occupational Therapist for the OrthoMemphis Hand Center. In 2001, she completed her certification in Hand Therapy after taking care of hand patients for over 5 years, providing hand therapy for over 4,000 hours, and completing a comprehensive test on advanced clinical skills and theory. Originally from Canada, she received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Western Ontario in 1993.

The American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH), which is the society for hand surgeons, has selected Laureen as an affiliate member and to serve on the Evidence Based Practice Committee for her expertise in hand therapy and successful outcomes. She has also been selected to the Clinical Research and Grants Committee for the ASSH. Prior to these appointments, Laureen served as the CHT for the Clinical Trials and Outcomes Committee of the ASSH.

Outside of work, Laureen enjoys endurance mountain bike racing, Adventure and Trail Racing.  She and her husband enjoy the outdoor life.  Laureen continues to appreciate both Art and Architecture.

Nicholas Cutter, PT, DPT

Nick completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. His Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance was obtained at the University of Memphis while on a four year academic scholarship.

While growing up in California, Michigan, Arkansas, and Memphis, Nick spent most of his time on the soccer field and now enjoys any outdoor sport, which enhances his ability and his interest in clinical sports medicine and rehabilitation.

Jeremy Bradford, PT, DPT, CSCS, Cert MDT

Jeremy joined OrthoMemphis in 2008 after completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.  He specializes in physical therapy for the knee, shoulder, sports medicine, and spine injuries and conditions.

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he is able to provide patients with expertise in maintaining strength and flexibility while recovering from an injury or surgery. Maintaining strength and flexibility can help facilitate a faster return to sports or an active lifestyle for most patients.

For his spine patients, Jeremy is certified in the McKenzie Method. This is a unique evaluation, classification, and treatment protocol for back pain which may decrease pain quickly, restore function and independence, and minimize the number of visits to the clinic or therapist.  For complex cases, he is able to utilize an advanced  hands-on technique to decrease pain and restore function. Patients are also taught exercises to use at home to manage their pain when symptoms start to occur that may decrease the intensity of the pain.

In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and playing the guitar.

Casey Malone, MPT, Cert. MDT, CMP, OCS

Casey is a Cleveland, Mississippi native. She graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1999 with a B.S degree in Exercise Science. Upon graduating, she went on to pursue her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis. Casey joined OrthoMemphis in 2003.

As part of Casey’s desire to specialize in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, she has gained several certifications that require intensive coursework and extensive clinical experience. Her certfications in manual therapy for the spine include the McKenzie Certification in 2007, the Mulligan Certification in 2009, and Dry Needling in 2012. Casey has also become a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). The OCS certification program provides formal recognition for physical therapists with a minimum of 2000 clinical hours, advanced clinical knowledge, experience, and skills in orthopaedics.


Outside of work, Casey races bicycles for the Marx and Bensdorf team. She also enjoys trail running, tennis, traveling and music.

Lauren James, MPT, CMP

Lauren was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee and has been a dedicated therapist at OrthoMemphis for over ten years. She attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville earning a B.S. degree and received a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis in 2005. Post-graduate continuing education includes the Mulligan Practitioner Certification in 2009.

When Lauren is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and dog.

Sharon Dunseath, PTA, BS, ATRIC

A Searcy, Arkansas native, Sharon has worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the Memphis area since 1995.  She began her undergraduate studies at the University of Arkansas, then graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.  Sharon specializes in aquatic as well as sports and outpatient orthopaedic rehabilitation.  Prior to her career as a Physical Therapist Assistant, she was employed as a Physical Education teacher, and later as manager for the Universal Cheerleaders Association.

In 1995, Sharon received an Associate degree in Physical Therapy from Southwest Community College in Memphis.  She is a certified aquatic instructor by the Arthritis Foundation as well as an aquatic instructor for the University of Tennessee and Southwest Community College Physical Therapy programs.

Jan Condle, PTA

Jan is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  She completed the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Pensacola Junior College in 1996 and has worked since that time in Pensacola, Knoxville and Memphis.  She has been with OrthoMemphis since 2005.

Jan enjoys spending time with her husband, Ron, and two cats.  In addition, she enjoys outdoor activities such as road and mountain biking as well as watercolor painting.
